Studio Visits
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Utilize this time to relax, drink a refreshing beverage and peruse through our lookbook to clarify your service choices.
We value your time. If another service is requiring more time than scheduled and we run late for your appointment, we will notify you immediately.
If you are running late for an appointment, kindly give us a call at your earliest opportunity.
Cancelling Appointments
Please cancel your appointment by telephone at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled visit. If a guest does not call, and subsequently does not arrive for the appointment, Red Carpet Hair Studio reserves the right to charge that guest 50% of the cost of that day's service(s).
Complimentary Consultations
In order to establish clear communication and expectations for any given service, it is in the best interest of our guests that we offer a time to have a thorough beauty talk. This is a candid time for questions, answers and pricing to be clarified.
Groupon Now!
Due to the immediate nature of Groupon Now!, members must make appointments via telephone. A Groupon Now! deal will not be honored if the appointment is scheduled online. Additionally, deals are to be used one time, and are for new clients only. If a client desires another service outside of those offered within the deal, it will reflect regular menu pricing and/or price adjusting, as written on our menu page.
Guest Grievances
Red Carpet Hair Studio strives to provide every guest with a signature, five-star experience. In the unforeseen case that a service rendered is not to your satisfaction, we simply ask that our guests give us the opportunity to address the problem.
We choose to be reasonable and to resolve issues with class. For us, this means refraining from sending wreckless and emotionally-driven comments into cyberspace via city search and other social sites.
Please call the salon within the first 48 hours of your original visit and we will be more than happy to discuss potential solutions.
